Our clients' needs come first. Integrity is paramount in the way we deal with our clients, both employers and candidates. We will not recommend a placement unless we are convinced that the fit is right for both the candidate and the employer's specific needs. This not only means a fit for the written job description, but also a fit within the organization and with the personalities of the people involved.

We do this in several ways. We build relationships by giving each placement our personal attention. We specialize in recruiting management positions in the Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors. Our familiarity with and experience in these industries facilitate our searching. We network with targeted industry leaders.

We follow our own effective and proven process:
1. Needs Analysis
In consultation with the client, we carry out an in-depth technical and cultural needs analysis.
2. Talent Search
We contact industry leaders to find the right people, who will fit now, and later within your company's evolving future. The best and brightest are generally too busy and focused, contributing to their own organizations, to be actively searching for new positions. We make your opportunity of interest to them.
3. Assessment
This stage is critical. We assess capabilities, track record, style and personality. We assess the fit of each candidate and their probability of success. From this assessment, the best available managers are identified and recommended for your unique opportunity.
4. Completion
We remain in close contact with you throughout your interview process, evaluating progress and managing candidates' expectations and commitment. We want, in the end, for you to feel confident and comfortable in your selection decisions and their successful completion.
